When will I receive my order?

We will send your order out the following business day. Standard postage for an order in NZ usually takes 1 to 3 business days. International orders usually take 5 to 12 business days to arrive, depending on customs and the final destination.

How will my shirts be shipped?

Ethcs will send your order via New Zealand Post in our white poly mailers. We use poly mailers so that we can keep shipping costs as low as possible but still protect your goods while in transit.

What about shipping internationally?

Kiwis can fly! We want to make sure that our products are available to New Zealanders no matter where they are in the world. Therefore we ship to almost every country on the planet.

What are your shipping costs?

We try to keep costs down as much as possible for our customers. Therefore Delivery within NZ is FREE! International shipping charges vary. In most cases International delivery charges are between $10 and $15. We recommend that you select your country during checkout and click to update your cart for a more accurate estimate of shipping costs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Some sales happen face to face in which case we accept cash.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn garments can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the receipt that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Email ethcsstore@gmail.com with the subject "returns" to begin the process.

Is your store secure?

Yes! Our site doesn’t store any of your personal information, in fact the only time you are required to input any of your personal information is on PayPal's website. PayPal handles all of our transactions. PayPal uses 128-bit SSL technology (the highest level commercially available) to keep your information safe. In addition, when you make a payment using PayPal, we do not receive any sensitive financial information like your credit card details or bank account number, just your delivery information.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from your store?

Nope. We understand that not everyone has a PayPal account. PayPal allows people to use their service without being a member. Please make sure you provide proper shipping information since we use PayPal to help organize our deliveries.

What kind of t-shirts and hoodies do you print on?

We tried and tested dozens of t-shirts and hoodies from a number of manufacturers and suppliers before we selected the supplier we have today. In the end we went with a New Zealand supplier whose garments are designed right here in NZ.

How do Ethcs t-shirts fit?

Our NZ women's t-shirts are 100% combed cotton and side-seamed for a tailored fit. They're a little longer than your average t-shirt and are super soft and super comfy.

Our NZ men's t-shirts are also 100% combed cotton, they're a regular fit and of course super soft and super comfy too.

How should I wash and dry my garments?

All our garments are pre-shrunk to minimise shrinkage (no-one like’s shrinkage!) but we recommend you wash your garments in a cold wash and hang dry but if you must tumble dry do it on low.

What does 'Pre-shrunk' actually mean?

Not much really, just that the fabric was washed and dried before the garment was constructed. So, when you wash your t-shirt or hoodie for the first time, it should stay the same size as when you bought it.

How Are Ethcs T-shirts & Hoodies Printed?

Unless otherwise stated, all our garments are screen printed. It costs us a little more to screen print here in New Zealand but it means we can ensure top qualty, long lasting garment designs.
