When will I get my t-shirt(s), hoodies or art?

I ship all orders via NZ Post unless otherwise specified. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being received (except weekends and holidays) and you should receive it within 3-7 business days, a bit longer for international customers though.

How are your t-shirts & hoodies printed?

Unless otherwise stated, all our garments are screen printed. It costs us a little more to screen print here in New Zealand but it means we can ensure top qualty, long lasting t-shirts, hoodies and singlets.

What is your returns policy?

Returns of faulty garments are accepted within 15 days of the order being received. Email ethcsstore@gmail.com with the subject "returns" to begin the process.

How do I pay for my items?

We accept PayPal for purchases. You don't have to be a registered user to buy and you can use all major credit cards via PayPal

Do you ship Internationally?

Yup we sure do! We ship to almost every country in the world. In fact, since 2008 we've shipped t-shirts, hoodies and art to every continent but Antartica. Do you live in Antartica?!

How secure is your store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
