How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
Delivery to anywhere in the world will set you back just $4 per garment. Sweet deal eh.
Depending where you live, delivery of in-stock items will take 3-16 days.
Items on re-order will take up to 3 weeks.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard & Visa credit card payments through our secure PayPal payment gateway.
How can I be sure my order went through?
You will recieve a confirmation email within minutes of paying for your order.
Returns Policy
Faulty goods
If you are not satisfied with your purchase because of faulty goods, it is possible to return it to us for an exchange and we will cover the cost of return and replace goods. We may even give you a small gift for your troubles. However this MUST be done within 7 days of purchase, and we will not replace items were it is obvious the care content instructions have been ignored. To return a faulty product please follow the below instructions.
1) Email all your details including invoice number to info_ethcsstore.com, please place faulty goods in the subject line. Please also include a description of the problem in detail describing the garment fault.
2) We will quickly assess your information and email you back ASAP providing you with an address to return the faulty garment to.
3) We will then assess garment and replace item ASAP, you will be supplied with the exact same garment style and size were possible.
