Shane founded Ethcs with $200 and a dream. He does most of the design work, packages up everything we sell and lives on coffee. He likes to think he was a barista in a former life, so if he ever makes you a coffee just tell him it's awesome.
Bec is the smart one, she deals with the accounts and keeps the IRD in check. Shane would never admit it but she keeps him in check too. Bec keeps us from running Ethcs in to the ground and knows just the right time to tell Shane his coffee is awesome.
Scrags or 'The Face' as he's affectionately known doesn't really do a lot of work. He does sleep a lot and he's a constant source of entertainment; like the time he stole Shanes fresh bread rolls, or the time he dragged a Kg of cheese behind the couch for a feed.
